Delivery.

The cost of your posatage will depend on the number of items you buy.  We do not look to make any profit on our postage price, so you can be sure that you are never paying more than what it costs us to post to you.

European customers

Standard European Delivery        

Deliveries to most of europe cost just £6.64 on orders less than £100, or is free on orders of £100 or more.

it is ususally delivered within  3-6 days from dispatch date.

Cancellation and Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement. You are liable for the cost of returning the item and suggest goods are sent second class.

We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement.

Refunds are given via your original payment method except in the event of Postal Orders where payment will be refunded via cheque. Please note that we do not provide a refund for the cost of our Gift Box Service, only the cost of the underwear will be refunded.

We individually inspect each item before we dispatch the items to you to ensure that it is free from any defects.  However, if you are not entirely happy with the products simply return it unused in its original packaging to the following address:
